“This appears to be a quite well-established system. I also have apartments, besides they are fully-equipped. Is it possible that you rent them and offer me an earning higher than a typical hire-out?”

Why not! But we have a set of pre-requirements that should be satisfied.

First, the primary requirement is that the household should own more than one apartment. A single-apartment layout does not suit our system at the moment. Furthermore, all houses offered within our system are situated in a building complex with its own security and parking lot. As we prioritize safety, comfort and convenience, the prospective houses to be involved in our system should satisfy these requirements.

The interior features of houses should meet the requirements listed in section “comfort”.

“But my house is not furnished. The building complex accommodating my house has recently been completed, and I have 3 apartments of 1+1 plan on the same floor. Also, I do not have (or I have) built-in kitchenware, so?"

If your house is not furnished, that does not strictly mean “no”. For instance, in such a case, partnership may be considered.

Such partnership may be in varying forms such as partnership in the purchase of furniture or partnership in the sharing of the profit. Of course, such partnership should be substantiated with a contract.

“Ok, but my houses are in Ankara (or in Izmir, Bursa or any other city). Do you accept only Istanbul-based applications?"
